Usually we can ask a few simple question over the phone to determine if we are able to repair the damage.
The following chart details the standard we must repair to, and the types of damage that can be repaired.
This chart is the same standard that your WOF agent refers to if you have failed a warrant due to glazing.
The standard is AS/NZS 2366 parts 1 & 2
The legislation is LTSA Rule 32012/2.
You’ll see from the chart below the maximum overall size of chip that can legally be repaired inside the critical vision area (C.V.A)
